Position Description: |
Provide video interpreting services between Deaf, Hard of Hearing, speech-impaired (VCO users) and Hearing consumers at the Video Interpreting Center.

- Provide Video Relay Service for consumers.

- Must have a good working knowledge of the code of professional conduct for interpreters.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must have a good understanding of Deaf Culture.
- Must be familiar with State Laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Position Description: |
Maintain and improve the productivity, quality and performance of CSDVRS call center platform. This position will work directly with call center operations to provide information and analysis regarding call center operations, to design and implement new or existing call center processes and technologies and to support call center planning activities.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Cosmocom Universe call center platform running in a Windows 2000/2003 environment.

Essential Functions: |
- Collect and analyze information on call center operations.
- Design engineered solutions using new or existing call center technologies and techniques.
- Develop ways of measuring and reporting operational effectiveness.
- Solicit feedback from functional areas concerning proposed call center improvement ideas.
- Implement business process improvement projects.
- Measure and report the benefit of implemented call center projects.
- Conduct Vendor product related Integration testing.
- Create and manage test plans including test procedures and reports.

Qualifications: |
- Requires Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equiv. Requires familiarity with American Sign Language and an understanding of deaf culture.
- Technical Degree and a minimum 3 years experience in a related field.
- Experience maintaining call center switches.
- Experience working with Cosmocom Universe desired.
- Experience working with VoIP, IP Video, H.323, SIP desirable.
- Experience with TCP/IP, QoS traffic shaping desirable.

Position Description: |
The Database Administrator is responsible for the planning, maintenance and development of all corporate databases in a distributed environment. Additional duties will include working to troubleshoot and debug complex performance issues while maintaining a high-availability database environment.

- Establishing the needs of users.
- SQL Query authoring and troubleshooting.
- Maintain Microsoft SQL databases and troubleshoot complex database issues.
- Design and implement maintenance and backup plans for SQL Server.
- Install upgrades and patches to existing databases.

- Writing database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary.

Position Description: |
This position will be responsible for designing, producing and maintaining various company websites, work on the main CSDVRS site, and contribute to the overall Marketing strategy and special projects.

Primary responsibilities: |
- Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content, for the main web site and for other company websites.
- Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements if necessary.
- Create visual concepts that match the content and the image wanted by the clients but that fit in the company’s global image; ensure that sites are easy to navigate.
- Build websites using technologies that conform to international standards and make sure that they are universally accessible.
- Design and create video and multimedia content.
- Perform maintenance and updates to existing websites when requested by clients.

Desired Skills and Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, web development or other discipline related to the
primary responsibilities.
- Two to four years of experience in web design, of which a minimum of one year producing XHTML,
standards-compliant cross browser, and gracefully-degrading code.
- Minimum of one year experience with DOM scripting and Movable Type.
- Experience working in a communications/ public relations environment, highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of ASP.net using C#, XHTML, CSS, and of digital imaging and illustration with Adobe Photoshop,
QuarkXPress and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, PHP and dynamic HTML; experience with Macromedia Flash.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox,

Position Description: |
The Technical Support Representative will provide direct support to customers who have escalated technical support needs. These contacts could come in via video calls, emails, and transfer from video interpreters. The Technical Support Representative will also be able to provide support to Customer Service personnel.

- Answer video inbound calls from customers and answer their questions, record their complaints and/or concerns.
- When requested, report complaints and/or concerns to appropriate departments.
- When requested, assign Personal 800 # to customers
- Provide remote connection support to customers PC for router, modem or no-ip configuration.
- Work with other departments to keep them updated as to trends of issues noticed by the technical support team
- Other duties as requested and/or assigned by Customer Service Manager.

The Customer Service Representative provides the first level of support to CSDVRS customers. The representative will work with customers to address any needs that they may have related to video relay services. If there is a need for technical support, the representative will collect pertinent information and transfer the call to CSDVRS technical support team. Customer Service Representatives will answer inbound calls from customers who may have general inquiries, request for an Personal 800 number, provide assistance to CSDVRS outreach or telesales specialists. .

Primary responsibilities: |
- Primarily answer phones and respond to customers need.
- Provide basic technical support to customers
- Work with Technical Support Team to troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Answer inbound calls from customers via video interpreters and answer questions, record commendations, concerns, installation confirmations, and Personal 800 numbers.
- Transfer customers to Tech Support or appropriate staff as needed
- Complete call logs and reports
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Other duties as requested and/or assigned by Customer Service Manager
